Does Quickture work with Avid?
Absolutely. Quickture integrates as a panel into Media Composer, bringing cutting edge AI directly where you need it.
What about Avid 2018?
Yes! Alot of post happens in older versions of Avid Media Composer and we totally get it. We recommend upgrading... but if you love your system the way it is, Quickture supports any version of Media Composer through our stand-alone app.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Quickture is new. It's different. And we want to make sure you have a chance to experiment and see how it works with your workflow. So we offer a 14 day free trial before your subscription kicks in.
Does Quickture work with scripted content?
Quickture is designed to edit unscripted content like reality tv, documentary, news, sports, industrials, training videos, podcasts, and social media. That said, it's currently being used on some of your favorite scripted shows to edit dailies into promos or quickly assemble a cut based on a script.
What's the pricing model?
We thought we had cracked the code with usage based pricing but it turns out you guys prefer knowing exactly what this thing will cost you each month! So we're moving to familiar per seat licenses with a couple of different tiers for different uses.
What are current features on the roadmap?
With the release of Quickture Vision and the addition of new hires, we are expanding our roadmap to include:
- A standalone app that can be used by customers outside of the NLE.
- Advanced speaker labeling, using all available tracks of audio to create transcripts that are even more accurate.
- The ability to prompt Quickture to insert b-roll shots into Quickture Edits.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We're sad to see you go but we want to make it as painless as possible. If you subscribed via Stripe, go to your Quickture dashboard, click on Billing in the navbar, and click Manage Subscription to open your Stripe subscription. There you can cancel the subscription or make changes. If you have any issues, please email support@quickture.com.
